BEGINNER GROUP LESSONS

Age 8+ years & Adults

Group surfing lessons run daily at Maroochydore and Mooloolaba Beach.

Please choose your preferred location (Maroochydore or Mooloolaba).
Please note: due to ever changing beach conditions, we may be required to move you from your preferred location.

Join our group lessons at Maroochydore or Mooloolaba main beach. Our group class is for anyone aged 8 years+. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to get started and stay safe in the Ocean. Our coaches will keep the lesson relaxed and friendly so that everyone has a great time.

All lessons cover the correct surfing techniques.

Choose from multiple packages, and book the first lesson date. We’ll schedule the rest with you later.

1.5 hour sessions. Choose from single, 3 or 5 lesson packages.

  • Note: If only one person is booked, the class will run for an hour. If two or more are booked, it will run as normal.

1 hour sessions. Choose from single, 3 or 5 lesson packages.

  • Note: If you are the only person booked for this lesson the class will not run, we will offer to reschedule you for another time or day.

At our surf school we run surf lessons in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe to do so. If the surf is too big, completely flat or unsafe due to high winds or lightning then we will reschedule your lesson. If we change the time or location and you are unable to come to the new lesson, then we will provide a credit toward another lesson at a later date. If that is unsatisfactory we may issue a refund at our discretion. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean you forfeit the cost of that lesson. Under these circumstances, there are no refunds, partial or otherwise. We do not offer make up lessons for holiday or term programs.
